Well what a result! All the hard work is paying off my muscle mass was at highest ever recorded today at 22.7% – not a good enough number but a big step along the road to proper balance, nutrition, fitness and health. I also had the lowest ever body fat at 48.2%. The fat seems to be reducing at a quicker rate than muscle increases – this may just be how it is or it could be a quirk of my body.
Whatever the case it gives me even more motivation to keep going, those numbers need to be reversed and that is a long journey ahead of me. The starting point in March was 54.1% fat and 19.9% muscle.
